Spin Extreme - experience this one hour class of hard-core cycling aimed to improve your cardiovascular health by increasing your heart rate, burning fat and sweating it out. 

Spin Boot Camp - an interval fat burning class consisting of cycling, plyometrics and toning.

Spin Light/ Formula 212 - a combination of cycling and toning. Cycle thirty minutes for an intense cardiovascular workout, then experience thirty minutes of yoga/Pilates fusion for toning, lengthening and strengthening. 

Spin Light/ Tower Pilates - an intense thirty minutes of fat burning cycling followed by thirty minutes of core work incorporating the Pilates tower. 

Virtual Spin and Yoga - burn fat as you take a ride through your favorite vacation destinations such as the Big Island of Hawaii, St. Lucia, beautiful Ireland, or the Southwest desert. Finish off your workout with deep vinyasa and meditative yoga.

Formula 212 - our signature total body fusion class that combines yoga, Pilates, cardio barre and functional strength for a longer, leaner you. 

Pure Yoga
- experience the purest form of concentration and mediation. This Hatha-style yoga emphasizes strength, stamina, flexibility and balance while using props, such as blocks and belts, to aid in performing the poses and postures. 

Mellow Vinyasa Yoga - connect your movement and breath as you flow smoothly and swiftly through each yoga pose. 

Yin Yoga - a slow-paced style of yoga holding poses for extended periods of time, applying moderate stress to the connective tissues with the aim of increasing circulation and improving flexibility.

Jivamukti Yoga - experience a physical, spiritual and intellectually stimulating practice by combining Hatha and Vinyasa-based yoga. Each class focuses on a theme using spoken word, readings, pose and posture sequencing and breathing practices which leading to spiritual awareness.
